Spent the xmas season in this charming hotel. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities working perfectly. the staff were very helpful, courteous and always ready to assist with any needs. the location was perfect with easy access to the nearby town and the ski slopes. the breakfast was abundant and delicious with a vast variety of choices.
Although the service was generally good, on one occasion, the staff seemed rushed and could have been more attentive during dinner service. the dessert was disappointing, too.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was really nice and attentive. The hotel facilities were great, especially the wellness area. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything in the bathroom worked properly. The location of the hotel is also really good, close to transportation and in a historical area.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the Xmas decorations and atmosphere at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming; they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The cozy, rustic ambiance of the hotel was perfect for our Xmas hideaway. The on-site wellness area was a real treat, and the location within walking distance to the historical area was a highlight of our trip. the food was delicious and beautifully presented, a true treat for the taste buds.
There were some small drawbacks we were not keen on, such as a young staff member who seemed annoyed when we asked questions. we would have appreciated a bit more flexibility at breakfast as some items weren't available or were added with a minimalist approach.
